Ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract of T. conoides induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells. a Cells treated with EAF (0–320 μg/mL) for 48 h and staining with annexin-V FITC/PI. The later, red fluorescence indicates mitochondria with intact membrane potential and green fluorescence indicates de-energized mitochondria
