Effect of PTE pre-treatment (24 h) prior to H2O2 induced cytotoxicity on the Caspase 3 activity in dIMR32 cells. The data are expressed as mean ± SEM, n = 3. The label UT = untreated control cells. Data represented as relative fluorescence unit (RFU) / μg protein. Statistical significance was analyzed with one way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison post-hoc test. Differences with ****p < 0.0001 as against to H2O2 treated cells were considered statistically significant
