Effects of ACC on the liver histology. While control (CTRL) animal showed normal liver architecture, in L-T4 induced mice severe centrilobular damage and cell necrosis were seen. L-T4 + low dose of ACC showed almost normal histological features. In hyperthyroid animals, treatment with medium dose of ACC exhibited moderate liver damage and its high-dose administration showed cellular and central vein damage
