Concentration-dependent inhibition of inflammatory cytokine release from human PBMCs by BNO 1095. LPS-induced inflammatory cytokine release from human PBMCs is inhibited by BNO 1095. Cells were pretreated with BNO 1095 for 1 h and subsequently stimulated with 50 ng/ml LPS for 24 h. 0.5 % ethanol served as vehicle control. Data are given as means ± SEM, n = 2
