Dose response curve of BR extract for 3T3-L1 cell line. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 6). Dose response curve of the extract revealed poor discrimination at 25 μg/ml and showed greater sensitivity at 200 μg/ml. Ceiling effect observed at 1000 μg/ml where no more increase in the response is seen with further increase in the dose. Extract exhibited the inhibitory effect with an IC50 value of 660.26 μg/ml
